Open positions located in Huntington Beach, CA, USA 1. Service Asst, Purchasing Asst Position: 2 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (9 a.m. until 6 p.m.). May be asked to begin or end schedule earlier or later from time-to-time based on department needs. Main duties: Will report to and be supervised by the Purchasing & Sales Manager. Assists to complete various standard responsibilities such as: 1). Making purchase order, follow up on open order status 2). Monitor weekly purchase order reports to ensure orders are complete and receipts are accurate. 3). Follow up buy-off or inspection standards prior to ship 4). Able to understand technical mechanical drawings and compare technical specifications 5). Assist Purchasing department with administrative duties 6). Assists China Technical Service manager to follow up daily technical issues with both vendors and customers. 7). Able to multi-task and work with different tasks when assigned. 8). Able to source new products from new vendors through web search Requirements: 1). Bachelor Degree, Science/Engineering back ground is plus, equivalent education, or work experience 2). Two years of related administrative experience plus 3). Proficiency in M/S Office, Email, and Internet Application 4). Strong written, verbal, analytical, negotiating and interpersonal skills, Chinese/English Bilingual required. 5). Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines 6). Detail oriented and responsible to assignments
